Deleting your account will permanently erase your personal information from our website and app within approximately 10 days. Order records are retained without your personal details, as required for tax purposes. This action cannot be undone once the deletion window has passed.
You can submit an account deletion request directly in the The CPAP Store app: go to Account → Account Details → Delete Account.
If you don't have the app installed, send an email to info@thecpapstore.ca with the email address associated with your account, and we'll verify your identity and process the deletion request manually.
