Its unique dual-end design provides balanced support for both back and side sleepers, while special cut-outs on the sides accommodate your mask and tubing to eliminate leaks and tangles. The pillow is made from ultra-soft memory foam that contours perfectly to your head and neck for plush, pressure-relieving comfort all night long. You can customize the height with the included 1-inch removable foam layer to find your ideal height.

Ideal for back sleepers, a contoured center cradle supports head and neck alignment while keeping your mask stable and secure for uninterrupted therapy. Flip the pillow around in it is great for side sleepers, with a narrower base that allows chin support without disrupting the mask. 

The Monarch Pillow is roughly 15% larger than comparable CPAP pillows, this allows you to have a more traditional pillow feel while being able to move more freely.
