Shipping Policy
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. Please review the information below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and what to expect once your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
Domestic Shipping (United States Only)
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $125 USD (before tax) qualify for free shipping.
Calculated Shipping: Orders under $125 USD will have shipping calculated at checkout based on USPS rates.
Shipping costs are determined by USPS and reflect real-time rates based on your shipping address and package details.
Estimated Delivery Times
We ship all U.S. orders via USPS.
Estimated delivery is typically 2–7 business days after your order is processed.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, weather, holidays, or USPS service delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to become visible after shipment.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us at info@thecpapstore.com with your full name and order number.
If a USPS investigation is required:
We cannot issue a refund or re-shipment until the investigation is complete and the package is confirmed lost.
Investigations may take 2 business days to 3 weeks, depending on the case.
We will communicate with USPS on your behalf and keep you updated throughout the process.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the shipping box
- Photos of the product packaging and any damage
We’ll help initiate a claim or replacement as applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
ResMed products cannot be shipped to the U.S. due to manufacturer restrictions.
USPS can deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Rural or remote areas may experience longer shipping times.
Ordering Tips
To help ensure smooth delivery:
- Place the order under the name of the individual who will use the product (important for insurance or tax documentation).
- Verify the product, SKU, size, and compatibility before ordering.
- Review your shipping address and order details at checkout to avoid delays or errors.
Note: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or edited.
